This Lesbian Visibility Week content is broadcast on WRUW 91.1 FM, at wruw.org, and contains reports and commentary on two LGBTQ cases making their way through the courts.  The U.S. Supreme Court this week accepted one, and declined the other.  Find out why, and what it could mean for both LGBTQ rights and religious freedom.

Tennessee wants to expand its "pronoun" law, and you can be sure it will harm transgender people if they succeed.  Tennessee is in the Sixth Court of Appeals Circuit with Ohio, and both have Republican super majorities in their state legislature, so this could spill over.

Florida wants the ability to charge local government officials who support LGBTQ Pride with malfeasance and misfeasance.

Ohio's House Judiciary Committee heard H.B. 693 -- the bill that makes it okay for parents and guardians of transgender children to refuse them treatment without consequences.
